Be.it resolved hy the City Council of the City of Lvn-
wood, California, as follows:
��-R�S, the City Ccuneil of the CitS� of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 5t�_ day of sPntemb�_, 194� ac-
cepted the offer of ghirley L. Manuel and Irene Manuel,
husband and wife as �oint tenanta,
for the purc}�se of all of the right, title and interest oP
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THz;REFORE, the Cit,y Council. of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as £ollovrs:
Seetion l. That the City of Lyncvood shall convey to
the said Shirley L. Manuel and Irene Manuel, huaband and
wife as �oint tenants,
said property h�reinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restriction�, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands t}ian hao been acquirecl by
said City, •
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynviood of
the sum of Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($500,00)
the Pulayor of the cir,y of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
taiii land hereinafter described, conveying the same ac aUove
specified to Shirley L. Pdanuel and Irene Mamael, husband and
wife as ,�oint tenants,

on behalf of the �aid City of Lynwood, that the Cit,
Clerk of said City ic hereby authorized to attest said
�eed and to affix the City secl of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City bf Lynwood.
5ection 3. That the Nayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of sald City, are hereby authorized to eign any
escrow a�reement necessa.ry to complete the transfer of said
landc.
Section 4. `Phat the Clty C1erk of said City is author—
ized to deliver said deed to th� grantee therein nAmed, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon con—
3ltion that tlie said consideration� shall have been paid to
said City,
