Be St resolved by the City Couricil of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follovas: -
WHEREAS, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 21st day of NovQmbar , 194�„ ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Riright, a married man, '
for tlze purcl�ase of ail of the right, title and interest oP
the C1.ty of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
sald City;
N06V, THE;REFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doea hereby resolve, determine and order as folloti*�s:
, Section l. That the City of Ly rnvood shall convey to �
the said Arthur C, Wright, a married man,
said: property hereinafter described, subJect to conditions,
re�trictions, reUervAtiqns and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other '
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City. •
Section 2, That upon pa,yment to the City of Lynviood of
the sum of One Hundred Seventy-five and no/100°Dollars (�175.00)
' the Mayor of the City of Lvnwood Ss hereby auth-
orized'and directed to execute a deed of conveya.nce of cEr-
taiti land hereinafter described, conveying the same as aUove
spec;.Pied to Arthur C. Wright, a married man,

Clerk of said City i� hereby authorized to attest 5aid
deed and to�rzffix the City seFl of the City of Lynwcod

on behalf of saici Ci.ty, are hereby authorized to �ign any .
escrow agreement necessary to complete the tr3nsfer of said

ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
