Be it resol.ved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follovas:
WH�:REAS, the Clt,y Council of the CiTy of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the �th day of September , 1943 ac-
cepted the offer of Abner Allen Wood and Beatrice I. Wood,
husband and wife as �oint tenants,
for the purcl�se of all of the right, title and interest oP
the City oP Lynwoocl in and to certain lands lying within
� said City;
NOW, THERLFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood.shall convey to
the said Abner Al1en Wood and Beatrlce 1�. pVood, huaband
and wife as ,�oint tenanta,
' ��id property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
re�trletionc, re�ervations ar,d easements of reco:d.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or grea.ter title to �aid lands than has been acquired by
said City, .
Sectlon 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynv�ood of
the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-five and no/100 Dollara (��75.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lymuood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tAJ.Il le.nd hereinafter described, conveying the same a3 above
spec�fied to Abner Allen Wood and Beatrice I, Wood, huaband
and wiPe as �oint tenants,

on behalf of the o11d City of Lynwood, and that the Cit�
Clerk of sald Gity 1� hc;reby authorized to attest said
deed and to afYix the City Fe�l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynw�ood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and Citv CleTk of said Cit,y,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to �ign any
escrow agreement neces3Ary to complete the transfer of said
lands.

ized to deliver said deed to th� �rantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv oY Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the sa.id consideration shall have been pAid to .

deecribed as follows, to witt
Lots 34 and 35, Block 4, Mod�eaka Park, as per map
