Be it re�ol.ved hy the City Council of the City of Lyn-
• wood, California, as follou�s:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has.
heretofore, on the 3rd� day of October _, 1944 ac-
cepted the offer of Orvie C. Freeman Forsythe, a married

_� for the �urchase of all of The M ght, title and interest of
the Cit,y of Lynr��oocl in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
' NOW, THEREFORE, the .Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolye, determine and order as follows:
5ection 1: That the-City of Lynwood ehall convey to
the said Orvie C, Freeman Forsythe, a married woman,
eaid property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
rest:rictione, reservations ar.d easements of record.
That the City sha71 convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said. lands than has been acquired by +
said City,
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lyn��rood of
' the sum of Two Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars------(�250.00) .

orized and directed to execute a deed of cunveyAnce of cer-
tain lan& hereinafter described, conveying the same a� above
specified to Orvie C. Freeman Foraythe, a married woman, �

Clerk of said City i.s h2reby euthorized to at�test �ai3 -
deed and to affi�: the City seal of the Cit,y of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said Cit,y of Lynv;ood.
Secticn 3. Th�t the Nla.yor and Cit,v Clerk of said Cit,y,
on behalf of s2.id C�.ty, are iiereby a.uthorized to �i�n any
escrow a�;reement neces�ary to complete the tr3nsfer of ;aid
lands.

ized to deliver said deed to the �rantee therein named, on
behalf of tize said Citv of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the s�id consider�tion shr�ll have been paid to

described as follov!s, to wit:

Mod�eska Park, as per map recorded in Book 9, Pages
