Be it resolved by tkie City Counoil of the City of Lyn- •
wood, California, as,follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 19th day of 8eptember _, 194 4 ac-
Cepted the offer of Bert J. Freer and Edna C. Freer, `
husband and wife as ,joint tenanta,
for the purchase of all of the right, tltle and interest oP
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE;REFOHE the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve,..determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Bert J. Freer.and Edna C. Freer, husband and wiPe
as �oint tenants,.. � ' "
sald property hereinafter described, sub,�ect,.to conditions,_
restrictions,,reservations.and easements of record.

That the,City shall convey to saici purchaser no other
or. greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
