Be it resolved hy the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood; California, as foll�vas:
WHEREAS, the Cit,y Councll the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the ,�t�_ day of .T�,ne , 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Plright, a married man,
for the purclk�se of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to ce.rtain lands lying within
said C1ty;
NOW, TH_;REFOIiE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doe3 hereby resolve, 3ete:mine and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of Lyn�vood shall convey to
the said Arthur C. SNright, a married man,
eaid property h�reinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictiona, re�ervations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to sa;d purckiaser,no other
or grea.ter title to said lands than hac been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon pa,yment to the City of Lynviood of
the sum of Two Ht�ndred Fifty and no/100 Dollars (�0250.00)
the Mayor of the C1t;� of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveya.nce of cer-
taiii land hereinafter described, conveying the same a3 above
specified to Arthur C. Wright, a married man,

on beha].f of the �aid City of Lynwood, and that �h� Clt;r
Clerk of said City j.s hereby authorized to ai:test �aid
deed and to affix the City se�l of the Cit,y of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of LynH�oocl.
Sectien 3, Th�,t the Ma,yor r�nd Citv C1erk of said Gity,
on b�ha.lf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
I escrow a�re�ment neces3�ry to complete the tr3nsfer of said
lt�nds.
5action 4, That the City Clerk oP said City is author-
Szed to deliver said deed to th� ;rantee therein named, on
benalf of the said Citv oP Lynu��ood, as soon as, or upon con-
diti.on tha.t the s�id consideration shr�ll have been•paid to
said City,
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this a�reement is
desc�ibed as follo�NS, to wit:
Lot 44, Block l, Tract 5412, as per map recorded in �
Book 5G, Paee 42, of Maps, Record.s of Los Angeles
County, California.
