RESOLUTION N0. 1745
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNlN00D, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
rOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as followe:
That the City of Lynwood, California desires to sell
the Cgty-owned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and 11qui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land:
THEkEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the written bid of

12117 Gertrude Dr,
Lynwood, CaliPornia
now on file with the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, wherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in all
respects ma.de in accordance vaith the provisions of Resolution No,
1487 of the City of Lynwood; and which bid was publicly opened by
the City Clerk at a__ --- regular meeting of the City Council,
upon the 5th day of December 194 4, is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That�said lands described
� in said bid are as follows, to �^�it:
Lot 1323, East �, Tract 3351, Rs per map recorded
in Book 37, Pa?:e 2, of N1IID8� Records of Los Angeles
Count,y, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of $500.00 , payable �100.00 accom- •
' panying bid, and two quarterly payments of 9�2C0.00 each plus
i 7°fo interest, on Anril lst and Jtily lst of 1945.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interes't
of the people of the City of Lynwood, Ca.lifornia, to sell said '
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid:
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the NIayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lynwood, California are hereby expressly authorized
to execute in duplicaT,e, on behalf of the said City of Lyn�rood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
