LYNWOOD REPORTING ON THE SALE OF TAX.DEEDED PRO-
PERTY AS REQUIRED BI' AGREEMENTS NUMBERED 159 AND
173 BETWEEDI THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELE S AND THE
CITY OF LYNiN00D.

Be it resolved b� the Cit� Council of the Cit,v of Lynwood,
California, as follotivs:
WI�REAS, the City of Lyn�vood.did 'on the 16th day of Ma.rch�
1943, and on the lOth day of August, 1943, enter into an Agreement
with the County of Los Angeles for the purchase of tax deeded pro-
perty in the City oP Lgnwood und.er the provisions oP Division 1,
Part 6, Chapter 8, Articlo 1 and 2 of the R and Taxation
Code of the State of Californie, as amended, and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood have sold the properties des-
eribed below,
N04Y, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood, as follows:
SECTION 1: That the selling price of the properties sold
� by the City of Lynwopd, the expense of sale, and the assessments
paid and the balance due the taxing agencies, if any, ara as indi-
cated below:

dates and to the persons listed beloev and are described as stated
therein: •

SECTIOId ¢; Be it further resolved tY�at a warrant be drawn
on the City Treasurer of the City of Lynwood in the sum of $ 95.49 ,
in payment of the proceeds oP aaid sale in favor of H. L. Byra.rn,
Tax Collector of l,oe Angelee County of Los Angelee, California.
SECTION 5: Be it further Resolved that the City Clerk
ahall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, and cause four
(4) certified copies thereof to be mailed to Hon. H. L. Byram, Tax
Collector oY Los Angeles County, California, together with the re-
mittance referred to in Section 4 hereof.
