L'E IT RESOLVED BY TfiE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AS FOLLOtitiB; � ,
That it is the intention of the City of LynU�ood to
make certain improvements at Imperial Highway and Fernwood Avenue
in the City of Lynrrood by the installaGion of culverts, across
Imperial Highv�ay, and to make other necessary improvements on
Imperial Highway.
NOW TAEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Councll of
the City of Lynwood that Pro,�ect Statement No. 2, dated December
19, 1945, he adopted as the pro,�eet for the proposed improvement
of Imperial HighwAy as set forth in said pro�ect statement, .
BE IT FUR`PHER RESOLVEII„ that the City Clerk shal.l certiYy
to the adoption of this Resolution, and. cauae four (4) certified
copies of said Resolution to be mailed to the Division of
Highways of the State of California.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 19th day oP December, 1.944,
