RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZINU THE EXECUTION OF � DEtsD

Be it resolved by the City Council ot'the Gity of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows;
WHN:REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has

Por the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of

NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the Gity of Lyn-
- wood doec hereby resolve, dete.^mine and order as follows:
x . Section 1. That the City of j,ynwood shall convey to
tha &aid James DeFalco and Madalena DeFalco, husband and
wife as ,�oint tenants,
said property hereinaFter described, sub�ect to conditions,

restrictionc, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to eaid purchaser no other
or greater title to saSh cands t12an has been acquired by .

Section 2. That upon payment to.the City of Lynwood of
the sum of One Thousand Fifty and no/100 Dollars (�1,050.00)
the Mayor of the City of LYnwood is hereby auth-

� orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain Zand hereinafter described, conveying the, same as a�ove
speolfied to James DeFa.lco a.nd P�'.adalena DeFalco, husband and

on behalf of the said Citq of Lynwdod, and that the City
Cle.rk of said City 3� hereby,authorized to Attest said
deed and to �ffix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood. ,
Section 3: That the Mayor and City Clerk Qf said City,
on behalf of said City; are hereby authorized to �ign any
escrow a�reement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands..
3ection 4,- ThAt the City Clerk of said City is author-
� ized to deliver s�id deed to'the grnntee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the st�id con�ideration shell have been paid to
