RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIPd REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZINU THE EXECUTIUN OF �1 DE?sD
UPON PAYhIEP:T OF THE CONSIDERATION NAI�IED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the'C1ty of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the ��_ day of ,,T„��, , 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Clarence A. Bunnell and Della L. Bunnell,
huaband and wife as ,�oint tenants,
for the purchase of a1Z of the right, tltle and Snterest of
the City of Lynwooci in and to certain lands lying within
said City; '
NOW, THE:REFORE, the Clty Council of the City of Lyn-
wopd does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
' Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the sald Clarence A. Bunnell and Della L. Sunnell, husband
and wife as ,joint tenants,
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictiona, reservations and easements oP reeord� and
sub,ject to Refunding Bonds of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than hae been acquired by
sald City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Seven Hundred Ten and 48�100 Dolla.rs (�710.48)
the Mayor of the City of L,Ynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execuCe a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified'to Clarence A, Bunnell and Della L. Bunnell, husband
and v�ife as �oint tenants, �

on behalf of the c�id City of Lynmood, and that the Cit ,
Clerk of sald City ie hereby authorized to attest �aid
deed and to affix City seal of the City of Lynwood
' thereto, on behalf of the said Cit,y of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said Gity,
on behalf of said Ci.ty, are hereby authorized to eign any
escrow agreement necess�ry to complete the transfer of eaid
' lnndc.
5ection 4. That the City Clerk oP said City is author-
lzed to deliver s�id deed to th� grAntee therein named,.on ,
behalf of the said Cit� of Lynv�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that tl�e said consideration shr�ll have been paid to
said Ci ty, . �

PJesterly line), as per map recorded in Book 28,
