UPON PAYNIENT OF THE CONSIDF.RATION NAMED

Be it resoTved by the City Council oi the City of Lyn-
' NI00C3.� California, as follows:
WHEREA9, the City Council of the City of i,ynwood has .
heretafore, on the � gth day of ^ June . , 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer oP Arthur C. Wright, a married man,
far the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying withln
, eaid Clty;
� NOW, THEREFQRE, the City Gouneil of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1., That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the s&id Arthur C. Wright,a, married man,
said property llereinafter descrlbed, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictiona, reservations and easements of record.
ThaL the City shall convey to said purchaser,no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by `
Said CSty, '
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
� the sum of Tvao Thousand Six Hundred �'wenty-five and no/100 Dollars
(�k2,625.00)the Mayor of the City of L,ynwood is hereby'auth-

orized and directed to execute a deed of.conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Arthur C. Wright, a married man,

on behalf of the 8aid City of Lynwood, and.thAt the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of- the said City of LynK�ood.
Section 3, THat the Ma and City Clerk of said City;
on.behalf of sald City, are hereby authorized to sign any �
escrow agreement'necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands. ; � ,
Section 4. ThAt the City Clerk of said City is author—
ized to deliver sr�1d deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynv�ood; as soon as, or upon con-.
dition that the said considerAtion shall have been paid to
said City.
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
descr�bed as followa, to wit:
