Lynwood, by nroper proceedings had and taken, called for bids
,� for tre furnishing of the service neceasexy to maintain and
illuminate by means of electric energy certain lights in said
City of Lynv;ood, and
�4'HEREA5, due and legal advertisement has oeen given
in the premises calling for such bids

bids were to be received, opened and rublicly declared, and .
