AND AUTHORIZING THE �XECUTION OF',A DEED

Se it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, Califor�ia, as follows:
WHEREAS� the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the _�5th day of J,��_ ,�,g4$ ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Y�right, a married ma.n,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain landa lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the,City Council of the City of Lyn-
wo0d does hereby resolve, 3etermine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Arthur C. Wri�ht, a married man,
sAid property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record. '
That the City ahali convey to said purchaser no other
or greater. title to said lands than has been acquired by
said Clty,
Sectlon 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynvrood of
the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred �nd no/100 Dollars (�1,200.00)
the NFayor of the City of L,Vnwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
apecified to Arthur C. Wright, a married man,

Secticn 3. That the Pday,or and City Cierk of said City,
on behalf of said City, Gre hei�eby authorized to sign any ,
escrow agreement neCessary to complete the transfer of said

Section 4, ThAt the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv!ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
� Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follou�s, to wit:
Lots 21 and 22, Block 18, Mod,�eska Park, as per map
recorded in Book �, Pages 142 and 1?3, of tyIaps,
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
Lots 170 and 171, Tract 7572 as per map recorded in
Book 82, Pa�;ee 22 and 23, of Niaps, Records of I,os
Angeles County, Ca.lifornia.
Lot 49, Tract 921, as per map recorded in Book 18,
Pages 106 and 107, of t�taps, Records of Los Angeles '
County, California.
