THEREIN.
Be lt resolved by the City Council oP the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Couneil of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 5th day of Jizlv , 1g4� aC�
. Cepted the offer of Frank R. Limber and Pdaxine Limber,
husband and wife as ,joint tenants, �
for the purchase of all of the right, title and intereat of
' the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of I,yn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
`` °" Section 1. That the City. of Lynwood shall oonvey to -'`

, said property hereinafter�described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictiona, reservations and easements ot' record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
� or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the, City of Lynurood of
the sum of Four Hundred and no�100 Dollars— -----(�400.00)
the Mayor of the City of L,ynwood is hereby auth-
orized and dSrected to.execute a deed of conveyance af cer-
� tain land hereinafter described, conveying the ssme as above
specified to F.rank R. Limber and Adaxine Limber, husband and
wife as ,�oint tenanta,

on behalf of the said Cjty of Lynwood, and that the Cit�
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest 5aid
deed and to affix the City se�l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, ori behalf of the said City of Lyn��ood.
Section �, That the Ma.yor and City Clerk of said Cit,y,
on behalf of sald City, are hereby authorized to eign any _
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lt�nds.

ized to deliver said deed to th� �rantee therein named, on .
behalf of the said City of Lynv+ood, as soon as, or upon con-
diti.on that tlie s�zid consideratiun shall have been paid to
said C:i ty.

record.ed in Book 9, Pages 142 and 143, of P�aps,
Records of Loa Angeles County, California.
