RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIAr REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORI'LINU THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYNIENT OF THE CONSTDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved By the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 5th day of Julv , 1944 aC-

cepted the offer of Raymond 0. Schmidt and It'.abel L'. Schmidt,
husband and wife as joint tenants,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and intereat of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
sa3d City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council oP the City of Lyn- �
wood doeo hereby resolve,, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood ahall.convey to
the said Raymond 0. ScYunidt and It4abel L. Schmidt, husband
and wife as ,Joint tena.nts,
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictiona, reservations and easements of record.
That the City ahall convey,to eaid purchaser no othe,r
or $reater tltle to said lands than has been acquired by
Sa1d City. �
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Four Hundred and no/100 Dolla•rs--------'(�y400.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Na,vmond 0. Schmidt and Mabel L. Schmidt, husband
�and wife as ,�oint tenants,

on beh�lf of the aaid C9.ty of Lynwood, and that the Cit,r
Clerk of said City ie hereby authorized to attest said ,
deed and to affix the City se�l of the City of Lynwc�od
� thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynv��ood, �
5ection 3. That the Ma.,yor and Cit,v Clerk of said City, •
� on beha.if of said City, are hereby authorized to eign any
e3crow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of sa�d
lands.
Sectinn 4. Th�at the City Clerk oi s�id City is author-
� ized to deliver e�id �eed to the gr+�ntee therein named, on

behctlf of the said City of Lynv�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
said C:i.ty.
' Section 5. The property conveyed by thia a;reement is
described as follows, to wit:

�. 40 ft, of Lot 73, Tract 2551, as per map recorded
in 3ook 24, Pages 78, 79 and 80, of Naps, Records
of Los Angeles County, �alifornia.
