RESOLUTIUN S�,LLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORI'LINU THE EXECUTIUN OF A DEEll
UPON PAY�IEP:T OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Se it resoTved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
urood, Calffornia, as follows:
WHF.REAS, the City Council of the City of I,ynwood has
haretofore, on the _20th day of _April , 1943 ac-
� cepted the offer of MErvil B. ?t1113er, a single man,

for the purchase of all of the�right, title and Snterest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certc�in lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Gouncil of the City of Lyn-
- Wood doe� hereby resolve, determine and order as folloms:
Bection 1, That the City of Lynwood ehall convey to
the said h�ervil B. Miller, a single man,
said property hereinafter deacribe@, sub�ect to condit3ons,
restrictiona, reservations and easements of record.
That the City ehall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired tiy
. said City, _
8eetion 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Seven Hundred and no/100 Dollars=-------(�700.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specifled to ;tiervil B. Niiller, a aingle man,

on behalf of the oaid City of Lynwood,•and tha.t the Cit;;

deed and to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwoo3
thereto, on beha2f of the said Cit,y of Lynwood,
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of saicl City,
on beha.lf of said City, are hereby authorized to �ign any
e�crow•agreement necessary to complete the transfer of eaid
