AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH CLARY DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION FOR INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO THE PROPOSED
DEVELOPMENT OF LOTS 2 AND 3 OF C.C. WEST SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2 LOCATED IN
THE 3400 TO 3600 BLOCKS OF WEST EDGEWOOD DRIVE
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement
with Clary Development Corporation to provide Infrastructure improvements related to the
development of Lots 2 and 3 of C.C. West Subdivision, Section 2, located in the 3400 to 3600
blocks of West Edgewood Drive.
SECTION 2. The terms of the agreement shall be substantially similar to the agreement
attached hereto as"Attachment A."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
