Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
R'HF,REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 1�__ day of _ A���nGt _, 194� ac� �
cepted the offer of Frank B. .F.oberts and hlargaret C. H.
Roberts, hueband and ��ife as ,joint tenants,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of LynN�ood in and to certa.in lands lying within
aaid City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council oY the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
� Section 1. That the City of Lyntivood shall convey to
the said Frank B. Roberts and t�argaret C. H. Roberts,
husband and rovife asjoint tenants,
s�id property h�reinafter described, sub�ect to condltions,
restriction3, recervatlons and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than hae been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon pa,yment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars--------------(�10.00)
the Mayo� of the C1ty of LYnwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the eame as above
specified to Frank B. Roberts and P;targaret C. H. Roberts,
husband and wife as joint tenants,

On behalf of the aaid City of Lynwo,od, and that �h� Cit�,�
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to r�ffix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynv��ood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on b�ha.lf of said Ci.ty, are hereby authorized to sign any
. escrow ap;reement necessr�ry to complete the tranefer of said
lr�nd.�.
Szction 4. That the City Clerk of aaid City 1� author-
lzed to deliver said deed to th� grr�ntee therein nzmed, on
behalf of the sr�id Citv of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
diti,on *hat the se.id consideratl�n she11 have been paid to
sai:i Ci. ty, -
' Sectiori 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follov�s, to wit:
� Lot 26, L,icensed Surveyor's �?ap, as ner nap
recorded in Book 16, Page 37, of Pnaos, Records
of Los Angeles Count,y, California.
