Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood., California, as follows:
WHEREAB, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has •
heretofore, on the _3�th day bf nrtarch , 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Albert C. Beck and h7ay.DeArne Beck,
,husband and wife as �oint tenants,
for the purch<ase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; -
NOW, THL:REFOHE, the City Council of the Gity of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to ;
the said Albert C. Beck and PRay DeArne Beck, husband and
wife as ,joint tenants,
said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
re�trictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
s�zid City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynv�ood of
the sum of Three Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollara (�$350.00)
the Mayor of the Clty of L,ynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance�of cer-
tain la.nd hereinafter described, conveying the same ac above
specified to Albert C. Beck and P�4ay DeArne Beck, husband and
wife ae �oint tenants,

on behr�lf of the oaid Cj.ty of-Lynwood, and t}ia.t the Cit�r
Cle.rk of said City i� hereby authorized to Attest caid
deed and to affik the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said Cit,y of Iaynwood.
Section 3. Th�t the M��,yo'r and Citp Clerk of said Git,y,
on Y,eha.lf of s2.id City, Are liereby authorized to �ign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of ea±d
lands.

ized to delivEr said deed to the �rr�ntee therein named, on
behfllf of the se�id Citv of Lynv!ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition *hat tlie said con�ideration shs11 have been paid to
