THEREIN.
Be it resolved by ttie City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
R'HF.REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the ?Oth day of .T„iy , 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Anna.belle C. Rutherford, A Widow,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in nnd to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, TH�REFOHE, the City Council of the .City of Lyn-
wood doe� hereby resolve, dete:m3ne and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lyn�vood shall convey to
the said AnnabelTe C. Rutherford, a Widow,
s�id property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, re,ervations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
5�zid Ci ty.
Sect3on 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynviood of
the sum of One Thousand Eight Hund.red a.nd no/100 Dollars
(�1,800.00)the Mayor of tlie Cit�r of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed tp execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain la.nd hereinafter described, convey,ing the �ame as aUove
specified to Annabelle C. Rutherford, a Widotv, '

oh behalf of the aaid City of Lynwood, that the Cit��
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
d�ed and to af�ih the�City seal of the City oP Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the �aid City of Lynwood,
Secticn 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk czf saifl City,
on beha.lf of said City, ars hereby authorized to �ign Any
eacrow a�;reement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is author—
ized to deliver said deed to the�grantee therein nAmed, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynu.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dlLion that tlie said conslderation shall heve been paid to
said C:i.ty.
