Be it resolved by tlie City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, Callfornia, as follows:
WHr:REAS, the Gity Council of the Gity of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the �t day of October , 194 3 ae-
cepted the offer of Amos C. Dreher and Jeanette E. Dr.eher,
husband and vrife as ,joint tenants,
for the purcl��se of a11 of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in nnd to certain lands lying within
said CiCy;
, NOW, THEREFOHE, the City Counc32 of the City of Lyn-
wood doe� hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows;
-. •• Section 1:° That the City of Lynwood shall. convey to �
the said Amos C. Dreher and Jeanette E. Dreher, husband
and v�Sfe as ,joint tenants,
sAid property hn_re.inafter described, sub�ect to conaitions,
restrictionE, reeervAtions and easements of record. `
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than haa been acquired by
. said City,
Section 2, That upon payment Eo the City of Lynwrood of
the sum of One Thous�nd Two Hundrad Fifty and no�100 Dollars
(�1,250.00)the Mayor of the City of L,ynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same aa above'
specified to Amos C. Dreher and Jeanette E. Dr•eher, huaband
a.nd wife as ,�oint 'i,enante,

on behAlf of the caid City of Lynwood,�and that ths Cit-;
Clerk of said City is hereby author3zed to Attest said
deed and to affix the City se<^1 of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lyn�!ood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of sald City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands. .
, Sectinn 4. 'Phat the City Clerk oi said Clty is author-
ized to deliver caid deed to the �rontee therein nlmed on
behalf of the sc�id Citv of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
�ition that the sald consideration shall have been paid to
said City,
' Section 5. The property conveyeri by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit; �
Lot 143, Tra.ct 2551, as per �riap recorded in Book 24,
PAges 78, 79 and &0, of i�ans, Records of Los Angeles
Cotanty, California.
