Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
R`HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 6th day of June , 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Wri�h.t, a married rnan,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and 3nterest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands ly3ng within
said City;.
NOW, THG'REFOHE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, 3etermine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood ahall convey to
the said Arthur C. 49right, a married m�,.n,
eaid property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to �aid lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. 'Phat upon payment to the City of Lynviood of
the 8um of Four Thousand One Hundred Twenty-five and no/100 Dollars
(�4,125.00) t�e Pdayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and diTected to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tAin land hereinafter described, conveying the same as aUove
specified to Arthur C. lVrig•ht, a married man,

on behalf of the caid C�ty of Lynwood, and tha.t the Cit3�
Cle.rk of said Gity i� hereby authorized to Attest said
�eed and to affix the City ce^1 of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.

on br;ha.lf of said Ci.ty, pre hereby authorized to sign any .
e3crow a�;reement necescary to complete the transfer of said
lands.

ized to deliver vaid deed to the �rantee therein named, on
behalf of the sa�.d City o� Lyr�v.�oad, as 'soon as, or upon con-
