olution No. 1659 rela.ting to the abatement of dry and drying �
naeeds on certain Lots of land in the City of Lynv��ood under
Act 5197 of the,Legislature of the State of California as
amen3ed, vaY?.ich said Resolution fixed fl@ay 2, 1944 when any

their objection to said improvement,-a.nd
t�/HEREAS> Said hearing ivas had and held in accordance
i*�ith lar� and the Street Superintendent was instructed to
' proeeed to abate tY:e nuisance ��r�ich ab�tement u�ae done as per
in�truc�iens contained in Resolution Ido. 1665, and

the Couneil Chamber in the CitSr Hall., 11331 Plaza. Street, Lynwood,
California as rec��aired by l�.rr, �nd
V'1HEREAS, hearine vaas duly held tz�on �a.id report and
n� ob,jectionG �vere iiled by 1ny of the pro�!erty owners to be
as4eseed for said weed abatenent as set forth in said Report of
the Street Sunerintende��t, and

the City of Lynwoocl that the said report of' the Street Superintendent
af the City of Lynv�ood be and the sane is hereby conPirmed and
that the amounts of ttie coet for abating such nuisances upon the

various parcels of land as shorovn in said report shall and the
same do hereby constitute special assessment liens against said
respective parcelc of land for the amounts set forth in the re-
c
port of sa.id Street S>>perinteno.ent.

City of Lynwood be and he is hereby directed to turn over to the
Tax Collector of the County of Los Angeles a copy of the report
of the Street Superintend,ent and said Tar. Collector is hereby in-
structed to add the amounts of the respective assessments to the
regular bills for t2xes covering fiscalyear 1944-45 on the Lots
described in said report, as provided by Section 7 of said Act
5197.
