Be it resolved ry the City Council of the City
of L;�n*.�ood, as followe: �
`��'fiEREAS, the City of L,ynwood did on the 16th day of
P��rch 1943, enter'into an Agreement �vith the Board of Sup-
ervisors of tne County of Los Angeles, State of California
sub,�ect to the approval of the State Controller of the
State of Cal:fornia, for the purchase by the City of L�rnviood
af the State's Title to certain l�t:ds within said City as
� �rovided n;� Section 3807.5 of the Revenue and_ Ta�tion Code
of the State of Ca.lifor��ia, aursu�nt to A_�nlication No. 159,

i'vHEFtEAS, subsequent tI1P.1^2t0� to-wit: On the 3rd
day of Jt�ne 1943, a tax deed rr�s issued to the City of �
� Lynurood signed by H. L. L�yra.m, as Tax Collector of said
Coun�y of Los Angeles, conveying L•ot 434, Tract 2551, to
' said Citv of Lirnv�ood, and
PTHEREAS, it is no�9 the desire of the City oP Lyn��ood
to have said Agreement terminated a.s affectin� the Lot descri-
bed above as the City of Lynbrood have deter;nined that said
, Lot is necessary for use by said Cornor2.tion for rnunicipal
pur�osee,

of the City oY L;�ng�ood that the Board of Supervisors `of the '
County of Los Angeles and the State of CaliYornia be reques-
ted_ to termina.te that part of the Agreement c'escribed above
as az?ectin� the follo�=�in�; Lot:
L•ot 434, in Tr�,ct No. 2551, a.s per flook 24, P�ges
78 to 80 of Maps, Recor•ds of L•os Angeles Gounty.
EE IT FURi•HEH RESOLVED that the Iuayor of the City
of Lyn�rrood be and he is�hereby authorizecl to execute Re-
conveyances•of Real Estate under the Provisions of Sec-
� tion.3807.5 of tne Revenue and Taxaticn Code for a.nd on
beha.lf of the Cit,y of Lyn�vood, reconveying said Lots to .
the State of California.. �
BE IT FURTHEr� RESOLVED tha.t the City Clerk shall
certify to the adoption of this Resolution and cause t*,uo
certified copies of said Resolut3on to be ma,iled to the
Honor�ble Board of Supex�visors of,Los Angeles County, to-
