THEREIN. ,
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
R'H�;REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 15th day of Au�ust , 194 4 ao-
cepted the offer of Security-Firet National L'ank of Los
Angeles a Corporation,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest oP
the City of LynwooP� ln and to certain lands.lying within
said City;
NOW, THE:REFOFtE, the City Council �f the City of Lyn-
- wood doe� hereby resolve, determtne and order as follows:
Sectiori 1. That the Clty of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Security-First NatlonaZ Bank of Los Angeles,
a Corporation
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2, That upon p�yment to the City of Lynviood of
the sum of Five and no�100 Dollars ______________(�5.00)
the Mayor of the City of L,ynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as aUove
epecified to Security-First National Pank of Los Angeles,
a Corpora.tion,

on behalf of the caid City of Lynwood, and tha.t th� C1t�
Clerk of said City i.e hereby autho.rized to attest �aid
deed and to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwcod
thereto, ori behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3: Th3t the Mayor and Citp C1erk of said City,
on b�ha.lf of sald Ci.ty, are liereby authorized to �ign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
landc.

� ized to deliver said deed to the gr�ntee therein named, on
behalf of tne sr�id C1tv of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition *hat tlle sAid consideration shall have been paid to
said Ci.ty:

corner of the land described in the deed recorded in
