He it resolved hy the City Council oi' the City of Lyn- '
wood, Califoriria, as follows:
� lM1'HE;REAS, tha Clty Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the lst day of August ��94 4 ac-
' cepted the offer of I-iubert J. BroEVn, a singl.e man,
for the purchezse of all of the right, title and interest of
the Citq of Lynwood in and ta cert�in lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE;REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doe3 hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
,, Seetion:l. That the City of Ly rnvood shall convey to
the said Hubert J. Broern, a sing�le �man,
said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
r.estrictions, reservations and easements af record, �
' That the City shall convey to st�id purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said Qity, ,
Section 2. That upon payment to the Clty of Lynviood of
the sum af Tv�o Hundred �nd no/100 Dollars--------(�200.00).
the Mayor of the C1ty of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described,.conveyin� the same as above
spec3fied to Hubert J. Broii�n, a single man,

� on behalf of the c�id City of Lynwood, and that �he CitJ
Cle.rk of s�id City is hereby authorize3 to attest said
deed And to a.ffix the City seal of the City of Lynwood

thereto, ori behalf of the said Cit,y of Lyn�rrood,
Section 3. T2;nt the Ma,yor and Citv Clerk of s�id City,
on behalf of s2:id C3.ty, are iiereby authorized to eign any
escrow agreement neces3ary to complete the transfer of sai3
lc�nds.
Section 4. 'Phat the City Clerk oi said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grr�ntee therein named, on
behalf of the sr�id Citv of Lynv.�ood, as soon ag, or upon con-
dition that the s�aid cc�nsideration sht�ll have been paid to
said C�.tyo
° ' Section 5. The property conveyef3 by this agreement is
described as follovts, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 10, BRod,jeska Pa.rk, as per map recorded
in Book 9, Pages 14� and 143, of n.9aps, �ecords of
Los Angeles County, California.
