� Be it re$olved hy tl�e City Gouncil of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
R'HEREAS, the Gity Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the _1�t day of a„�„�. , 194� ac-
cepted the offer of .E1mer I. Burke and 121abelle E. EurY,e,.
husband a.nd i=fiPe as ,joint tenants,
. for the purol�se of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
eaid City;
NOW, THEREF'OHE, the Clty Councll of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete.^mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Elmer I. Burke and n�abelle E. Burlce, husband
anc� v✓ife as ,}oint tenants,
said property h�reinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictiona, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to �aid lands than has been acquired by,
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood•of
the sum of Seven Hundred and Fifty and no/100 Dollars (�750.00)
the Mayox of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer--
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a� above
specified to Elmer I. Eurke and Paabelle E. Bu.rke, husband

on behalf of the �aid C9ty of Lynwood, and th�,.t �;h� Cit;
Clerk of said City is hereb5r authorized to attest sald
deed and to a£fih the City ,e��.l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynv�rood.
5ection 3. Th�t the M�a,yor and Cit,v Clerk of said City,
on behalf of sa.id Ci.ty, are hereby authorized to eign any
' escrow agreement necess�ry to complete the transfer of said
l�nds.
Saction 4� 'Phat the City �Clerk ot said C3ty is author-
ized to deliver:s�id deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf; of the s�id City of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
ctiti.on tha:t the sraid con�ider�tion sh�ll liave been paid to
said City.
