AND AUTHOkIZINU THE �XECUTION OF A DEP�ll
UPON PAYIvi�P:T OF THE CONSIDER9TION NAIs�ED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 28th day of June _, 294 4 ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. 49right, a married man,
for the purchase of all of the right, tltle and interest of
the City of Lyn��ood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFOHE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doe� hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
5ection 1. That the Citq of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Arthur C. ti9ri�ht, a married man,
sAid property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,,
restrictlon�, re easements of record.

That the City shall conyey to said purchaser no other
or greater title. to� said lands than has been acquired by
Said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of. Lynviood of

orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-

on behalf of the oaid City of Lynwood, and that the Cit,r
Cle.rk of eaid City is hereby authorized to attest szid
deed and to aff'ik the City se�,l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, ,on behalf of the said City of Lyn+rt�ood.
Section 3: T1iat the IDlayor and City Clerk of said City, .
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to eign any .
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of sa±d
lands.
Section 4, `�'hat the City Clerk of said Clty is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grr�ntee named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynvrood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration ahall have been paid to
said City. �
