THEREIN. �
Be it reaolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, Californla, as follows;
WH�:REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwodd has
heretofore, on the _ 15th day of June , 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Wright, a married man,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and intereat of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said Clty;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Gity Council of the CSty of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Ly mvood shall convey to
the said Artnur .C. VEh�ight, a. married man, �
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject conditions,_
r.estrictions,,reservations and easements of record.
