THEREIN.
Se it resolved.hy the City Gouncil oP the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
' WHEREAB, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the i�th day of June , 1944 ac-
cepted the offer of Arthur C. Pdright, a married ma.n,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and intereat oY
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE;REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doe� hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City oP Lynwood shall convey to
the said Arthur C. Wright, a�;married ma.n,
sAid property h�reinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restriction�, reservations and easements of record.
. That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acqulred by
said City,
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynv�ood of
the sum of One Thousand One Htandred and no/100 Dollars (�1,100.00)
the PJiayor of the City� of Lynwood ls hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified.to Arthur C. VJright, a married man,

on b�half of sa.id Ci.ty, are iiereby authorized to �i.gn any
eacrow ap;reement necessary to complete the tr3nsfer of said
� lands. -
Section 4. That the City Clerk �i szid City is author-
ized to deliver eaid deed to th� ;rantee therein n�med, on
behalf of tile s�id City of Lynv!ood, as soon as, or upon con-
diti.on that the s�.1d consideration shal.l have been paid to
saic� C1ty,
' Section 5. TYie property conveye�l by this agreement is
described as follou�s, to v�it:
Lots 47 and 48, Tract 921, as per map recorded in Book 18,
Pages 106 and 107, of Naps, Record.s of Los P.ngeles County,
Ca.lifornia.
Lot 16, Block 9, Tract 5418, and �,ot I1, Block 13, Tract 54Z8,
as pel� map recorded in Book 59, Page 42, of ida.ps, Records of
Los Angeles County, California. .
