Be it resolved hy the City Council af the City of Lyn-
N1ood, California� as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood hAS ,.
heretofore, on the 15th a�y of June , 194 4 ao-
oepted the offer of Arthur C, G�Jright, a married r,1an,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of LynN�ood in and to cert�in lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE;REFOHE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby reaolve,, 3e,termine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
