WHEREAS, on Deeember )1, 1947, Dennis E.
Baldwin was called from this life by his Creator; and
WHEREAS, Dennis E. Baldwin had served as a
member of the Torn Board of Moab, Utah, and at the time
of his death was Mayor of the Oity of Moab and had
rendered distinguished servioss as such; and
WHEREAS, Dennis E. Baldwin was a distinguished
oivio leader, publio servant and citizen and brought to
every post his trust, loyalty and devotion during his
lifetime of corvios to humanity; and
WHEREAS, he was loved and oherished by all who
knew him.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Oity
&moil of the Oity of Moab does hereby pay tribute and
honor to,him and to hie memory and does hereby express
sinoers sympathy to his bereaved family and pays tribute
tb his for his integrity, devotion and servios.
El IT FURTHER RESOLVED .that • copy of this
resolution be delivered to the family of Dennis S. Baldwin,
with our oondolenoes for the great loss they have eustained
in the passing of a devoted husband and father and a
friend of the people of Grand county, Utah.
Adopted and approved by the unanimous vote of
the Oity founoll of Moab Oity, Utah, this 5th day of
January, 1948.
