THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the C1ty of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 2eth day of _ August__r _f 194� ac-
cepted the offer of The respective record owners af the land herein
descri'bed in severalty and upon the same tenure as their Y�espective
interests apnear of record in the o2fice of the County Recorder
of Los An�eles County,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and lnterest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
sald City;
NO.W, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lya-
wood does hereby resolee, determine and order as follows:
5ection I, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said respective record otiuners of the land herein described
in eeveralty and upon the c�me tenure ss tneir respective interests
appear of record in the office of tl County Recorder of Los
P.n�eles County.
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon ptayment to the City of Lynvrood of

the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyo.nce of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying_the same as above
speclfied to the respective record owners of the land herein
described in severalty and upon the s2me tenure as their
respective intere.sts az��ear of i*ecord in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County,
