A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CpUNCIL OF THE -�
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
, rOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY 0'�NNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY.
, The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby re�olve as follows: .
That the City of Lynvaood, ,California desires to se11 ,
the City�owned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
- cumbrances of record now on said land:
THEREFORE bE IT RESOLV�D, that the written bid of
Lynn �. Doerr and Eileen M. Doerr
' now on file with the City Clerk of the City of Lyn��ood, wherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon the partial paymerit plan and which bid was in all
respects made in accordance �nrith the provisions of Resolution No.
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and which bid N�as publicly opened by
the City Clerk at an ad,�ourned re�ular meeting of the City Counoil
upon the 28th day of August _` 1944 , is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That eaid lands described
in said bid are as follows, to ���it: �
' Lot 43, Block 2, Mod�eska Park, as per map reeorded in
Book 9, pages 142 �nd 143 of Mapa, Records of Los
Angeles County, Ca.lifornia.
BE IT FURTHEit RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of �3Z0.00 , payable $30.00 accom--
panying bid, and $23.33 or more, on the 15th day of each month
beginning on the 15th day of September. 1944, and continuin� until
fully paid, pins intereat.

" BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interest
of the people of the City of �ynwood, California, to sell said
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid: �
NOW THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
, bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the n4ayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lynwood, Galifornia are hereby expressly authorize3
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
