RESOLUTION OF INTENTION
A RESOL'JTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0�' THE CITY OF

THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAID CITY OF LYNWOOD TU FORTH_
WITH ADOPT ITS TENTATIVE REPORT RELATIVE TO RE_ZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF LYNF'OOD, FROM ZONE
R 1�0 ZONE I+H 2 AS ESTASLZSHED BY ORDINANCE Zg5,
TIi�E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFOR1vIA DOES HER�
BY RF'SOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That�public.necessity and public convenience and the general
�velfare of the people of Lynwood, California, require that the City
Council of said City of Lynwood should adopt a tentative report,
proposing to change certain lands within the corporate limite
of the City of Lynwood, California, from Zone R 1 as established
in Section 7 of Ordinance 285 to Zone It4 2 as eatabliahed in Section
9 of Ordinance 285 of the City of Lynwood.
That the lands to be re-zoned as above specified are located
within the corporate limits of Lynwood, California and are described
as follo�vs:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 8 and 9 of Trrzct 921 as per I�?ap Book 18,
Pagee 106 and 107, Records of the County Recorder of
Los Angeles County;.
Said lands are l.ocated in the City oP L,vnwood, County of
Loa Angeles, 3tate oP California, covering the area lying �vithin
the boundary as followa:
All of Lots 2, 3, 4, 8 and 9 of Tract 921 as per maps.
Book 18, Pages 106 and 107, Records of the County Recorder .
of Los Angeles County. being at the North East corner of
Fernwood Avenue and Alamo Court in said City of Lynwood.
YASSED AND ADOPTED thia 3rd day of October 1944, at a Regular
Meeting of the City Council of the City of Lynwood, California.
