- THEREIN,
Be it resolved by tYie City Gouncil of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council af the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 19th day of Beotember _: 1944 ac-
Cepted the offer of Bert J. Freer and Edna C. Freer,
husband and wife as �oint tenants,
for the purcl of all of the right, tltle and interest oY
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, TH�'REFORE, the City Council of the City oP Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
° Section"l: That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Bert J. F.reer and Edna C. Freer,.husband and '
, wife as ,�oint tenante, �
said property hereinafter described, sub�ec,t to conditions,
restrictiona, re�ervations and ea�ementa of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said 3an&s than h�e been acquired by
saifl City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of LynvJOOd of
the sum of FiYe Hundred and no�100 Dollars------=-(�$500.00)
the P�Iayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and.d3rected to execute a deed of cpnveyance of cer�
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a� above
specified to Bert J. Freer s�nd Edna C. Freer, huaband and
wife as ,joint tenanta,

Clerk of said City is hereby authorize3 to attest said.
deed and to affix the City se�l of the Cit,y of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said Cit,v of Lynv��ood.
Sectlon 3. Th�t the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorizeci to eign any
, escrow a�;reement neces��ry to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. 'Phat the City Clerk oi said City is author-
ized to deliver s�id deed to the �rantee therein named, on
beha+.lf of the said Citv of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consideration sh�21 have been paid to
said C1ty,

Lot 520, North one-half, Tract 2551, as per map
recorded in Book 24, Pages 78, 99 and 80, oP Maps,
Records of Los Angeles Count,y, CaliPornia.
