He it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, Californit�, as follows:
WHk:REAS, the City Counc�,l of the City of Lynwood has ,
� heretofore, on the �9th day of SeDtsmber _, 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer of Joseph F. 8tetzenmeyer-and Emma
. Stetzenmeyer, husband and wife as ,joint tenznta,
for the purchase of all of The right, title and interest_of
the City of Lynwood in nnd to certain lands lying within
said City; °
NOW, THE;REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn- '
� wood does hereby resolve, determirie and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Joseph F. Stetzenmeyer, and ESnma Stetzenmeyer,
huaband and wife as ,joint tenants,
�said prop,erty h�reinafter described; sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, re.ervations and easements of record.

That•the City ahall convey t�o said purchaser no other
or greater title to .�aid lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynr�rood of
the sum of One Thousand and no/100 Dollara------(�1,000.00)
the r�tayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain 1a.nd hereinafter descril�ed, conveying the same as above
specified to Joseph F: Stetzenmeyer and E�nma Stetzenmeqer,
husband and wife as ,�oint tenanta,

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the Cit;; �
Cle.rk of said City is hereby autho.rSzed to attest aa.id
' deed and to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of. the said City of Lynwoocl.
Sectiicn 3. That the N:ayor and City Clerk of said Cit,y,
� on beha.lf of sa.id Ci.ty, are iiereby authorized to �ign any
eacrow a�;reement necessary to complete the tr3nsfer of said
lands.
