Se it resolved hy the City Council of the City of Lyn- •
wood, California� as follovas:
WHER�S, the City Councll of the City of Lyttwood has
heretofore, on the 16th day of March __, 194 3 ac-
� cepted the offer of Edward A, t91111ame, a married man
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lyi�lg within
Said C1ty; `-
NOW, THE;REFORE, the City Councl2 of the City of Lyn-
wopd does hereby reso}.ce, dete:mine an8 order.as follows:
5ection 1.. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to .
the said Edward A. Williama, a married man
said,property'hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands tran has .been acquired by
said City.
Section 2, That upon payment to the Cit,y of Lynwood of
the sum of Four Hundred and No�l00tha Dollara ($4q0.00)
the n4ayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
speciPied to Edward A, Williams, a married man
