Be it resolvefl by the City"Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
VrHEREAS, the City Council of the City of �ynwood has
heretofore, on the ,_5th day of October , i94 4 ac-
cepted the offer of Oacar Elg and Clelia Elg, husband
and wife as �oint tenante '
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest oY
the City of-Lymvood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE,'�}�e City Council of the City of Lyn-
, wood does hereby resoloe, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said �ecar Elg and'Clelia Elg, husbend and wife ae
�oint tenants
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to.conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no otheT
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by_
said City. '
Section 2. That upon to the City of of
' the sum of Five Hundred and No/100ths Dollars (�500.00)
the PJiayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of :oer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to �scar Elg and Clelia Elg

Sectibn 3. That the Ma�or and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City,. are hereby authorized to sign any
escr;ow agreement necessary to complete the bransfer of said

ized to deliver said deed to the �rantee therein named� on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv!ood, as'soon as; or upon con-
@ition that the said consideration shall have been paid to
