A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE •
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, �ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY. �
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
That the City of Lynevood, California desires to sell
the City-owned ta� deeded property hereinafter described for the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land: ' '
THEREFORE bE IT RESOLUED, that the written bld of

now on file with the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood, wherein

bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Ly rnvood, California are hereby expressly authorized
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
