Be it resolved by the City Counoil of the Clty of Lyn-
wood, California, as follov,s:
VJNEAEAS, tne City Council of the City of Lynwood'has
h.eretofore, on the _�1th day .nf Ma�__, 1943 ac-
cepted the offer of Herman Goldberg and Goldie Goldberg
for the purchase of all of the right, title and"iriterest of
the City of Lynwood,in and to certain lands.lying within
sald City; .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as fol3ows:
Section l, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Herman Goldberg and Goldie Goldberg, husband
and wife as �oint tenants
said property'hereinafter described, sub,ject to coriditions,
restrictions, reservations an3 easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to-said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of LynU;ood of
the sum of Six Hundred and No/100ths Dollars (��600.00)
the Mayan of the City of-I�ynwood Ys hereby auth-
orized and directed t,o execute a deed of conveyance of'cer=
tain land,hereinafter described, conveying the"same as above
specified to Heri�an Goldberg and Goldie Goldberg

on behalf of the said City of Lyr.urood, and thAt the City
Clerk of said City is he:eby authorized to attest �aid
deed and to affix the City ceal o� the City of Lynwood �
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
SeCtion 3� That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behaif of said City� are hereby au�horized to sign any
escrow agreemeht necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4, Ti�at the C1ty Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grrjntee therein named; on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynu,�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
8ltion that the s�id consideration shall have been pald to
said City.
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follov��s, to wit;
. Lot 896, Tract 3172, as per map recorded in Book 32, '
Page 90 of iti4aps, Records of Los Angeles County,
California, excepting� and reserving an easement to
� the Grantor oyer the VJeaterly 10 feet for Street and
Public Highway.
