wood, California as follo�as:
VdHFREAS, tne Qity Council of tne City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the ,15th day of Februa� , 1944 ac-
cepted the offer of Alice ":W. Spanks
for� the purchase af all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lymvood in and to cer•tain lands lyitlg within
said City;
NOW, ThE:Rr ORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve,_ determine and order as folYows:

t17e said Alice W. Spanks
said proper��y hereinafter described, subJecC to conditions,
r,estrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City sha11 convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City�
Section 2. That upon payment to�the City of Lynwood of
the sum oP Three Hundred and no/100 Dollara ($�300.00)
the Mayor of the City o£ Lynwood is hereby-auth--
orized and directed to execute a deed-of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter deseribed, conveying the same as above
specified to Alice W. Spa.nka

Clerk of said City is he-reby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City ce�:l of the Qit,y of Lynwood
thereto, on beha,lf of the said City of Lynwood.
