WJHEHEAS, a Pro,�ect Statenent has been presented to be

oP the 1/4 cent gas tax for the fiacal year 1943-44 allocated
for Streets of Ma�or Importance other than State Y,ighv:ays in
the City of Lymvood, and
VPHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said pro,ect

statement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof,
THER�FOitE, fiE IT RE50LVED by the City Council of the
City of Lyn�vood that under the provisions of Sections 194.and
195 oY the Streets and High�vays Code,. the 1/4 cent gas tax all-
oca�ed for streets of ma,�or importance other than State high-
uays be accumulated for future expenditure, and that said pro-
,ject statement be and the sane is hereby approved, and the
Pdayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the sarne on be-
half of the said City, said pro,�ect siatement to be binding
upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officia.ls
of the 5tate.
