ORDINANCE NO. GI
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (STREETS AND HIGHWAYS), SCHEDULE I (ANGLE PARKING), AND
SCHEDULE J,(PARKING PROHIBITED),OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
PERTAINING TO PORTIONS OF CHESTNUT STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule I, (Angle Parking),
of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of
subparagraph (5), to read, as follows:
SCHEDULE I. ANGLE PARKING
• (5) The right side of the vehicle forms a 30 degree angle wilh the curb,with the front end of the
vehicle at the curb,curb litre,roadway edge:
Chestnut Street:on the west side thereof,between point 50 and 150 feet south of the south curb
Ihte of High St.
Section 2. Section 19-401, (Streets and Highways), Schedule J, (Parkin
Prohibited), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended pertaining to portions of Chestnut Street, to read as follows:
SCI IEDULE J. PARKING PROl11BITED
Chestnut Street:on the cast half thereof,between Atchison Street and ltigh St:McCarly St.
Chestnut Street: on the west side thereof,between Atchison Street and
. .McCarty St.
Chestnut Street: on with west side thereof,south and within 50 feet of the south curb line of
High St.
Chestnut Street: on with west side thereof,between it point being 150 feet south of the south curb line
of lligh St.and Wall Way.
Chestnut Street: eastside thereof,between East McCarly St,and Wall Way.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of Its passage and approval.
