RESOLUlION REQlTE8T2NG THE COUIVY'Y I'0 CANCEL
TAXES UNDER SECTION 3804a OF THE POLITICAL
CODE ON PROPERTY ACQUIFtN:D BY THE CITY OF
LYNPt00D FOR PUBLIC PUFtPOSEB.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood '
as follows: _ _
WHEREAB, the City of Lynwood hae acquired certain property
within said City for public purposes; and ,
F/H�REA9, there are unpaid taxee on said groperty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'P RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as follows:
� 3ection 1. That it�la herebq certified that the property
covered by this application, hereinafter deacribed, ie now being
used for the publlc purpoee set out oppoBite the deecription
of each reapective parcel.
Section 2. That the County Auditor be and he is hereby
requested to cancel all unpaid taxes on said propertq.
