UPON rAYtiiEi]T OF `F'r"E CONSIDEttATION NAMED
THEREIN.. '
Be it resolved ry the City Council of the City of Lyn-
' wood, California; as fol2o�vs;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the _ 16th day of March J _, 194 3 ac-
cepted t�ie offer of ,
J. Heffron
for the purcht�se of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynmrood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; � �
NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resoive, dete:mine and order as follows: ' �
Seation 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said
J. Heffron
said property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restriction,s, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City..
Section 2. That upon payment to the City.of Lynu�rood of
the sum of Three Hundred Fi�tq and no/100 Dollare ($350.00)
the P�ayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to exeeute a deed of conveyanee of cer-,
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified ta J. Heffron

on behalf of the. aai'd.City of Lynwood, and that t�e City
CTerk oP said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix .the City seal of the City oP Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
Section 3, That the'Nlayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section'4. That the City Clerk of said �ity is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
beh�ilf of the said Cit,v of Lynu,�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said con�lderation shall have been paid to
. said Ci ty,
` Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as fol•lows, to wit:
Lots 20 and 21, Block 3,.Mod�eaka Pa.rk,
as per map recorded in Book 24, Pagee 78,
79 and 80 of Maps, Recorde of Los Angeles
County CaLifornia.
