INSTRUCTING 1'HE STREET SUPERIN'i'ENDENT OF TfiE CI'PY OF
LYNWOOD TO P.iAICE AND FILE WI1H 'i'HE GITY CLEHK A REPORT

Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as follows:
SECTIOi� 1, That the 5treet Superintendent be and he
is hereby direeted to make and file with the City Clerk of the City
of Lynwood a report in writing presenting the following information
regarding the furnishing of, for a period commencing July 1, 1944
and ending June 30, 1945, the service necessary to maintain and
illuminate by means of electric energy the suspended electric street
lamps of 250 and 600 candle po�er, and 250 candle power lamps on
ornamental standards in certain streeta in the City of Lynwood:
SECTION 2
(a) Plans and sepcifications for the proposed imArovement.
�--- -(b)-An estimate_of the.coat of_ said improvement for
the period of tine specified.
� (c) A diagram showing the assesament diatrict and also
the bondaries and dimensions oP the reapective subdivisions of land
tivithin said district, each of said subdivisiona being given a •
separate number on said diagram.
(d) A proposed asseasment of the total amount of coats
and expenses of the proposed improvement upon the eeveral sub—
divisions oY land in said district in proposition to the estimated
benefits to be recelved by said subdivisions. 3ald assessmenta
ahall refer to such subdivisions upon said diagram by the reepective
nunber thereon and it ahall show the names of the owners, if known,
othera�ise designating them as unknown.
SECTION 3. That the description oP proposed assessment
district on which the-�treet Superintendent is hereby instructed to
report is as follows: '

current, gae or other illuminating agent; and fcr the asseaement
of the coats and expenaes thereof upon the property benefited and
the manner of collecting such asseasments'� commonly known as the
'�Street Lighting Act of 1919�' and amendments thereto, approved
Tday 16, 1919. .
SECTION 5, That the City Clerk shall certiP,y to the adoption
of this Resolution and submit a certified cop,y of thiQ Resolution
to the Street Superintendent.
