WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City oP
Lynwood, did on the 6th day of June, 1944, file with the City
Clerk as ordered by Resolution t1o. 1667 of the City Council of
ihe City oP Lynwood, adopted May 17, 1944, a report relating
to the service necessary to maintain and. illuminate by means of
electric energy the suspended electric street lampa of 250 and 600
' candle power and the 250 cand�e power located on ormamental
standards in certain atreets in the City oP Lynwood, said
written report preaenting the following;
1. Plans &nd Specifications for the proposed improvement.
2. An estima,te of the coat of said improvement for a
period beginning July.l, 1943 and endin@; June 30, 1944.
3.. A diagran ahowing the asaessment dietrict and aleo
the boundaries and dimensions of the respective and
� sub-divisiona oP,land within said district, each of
said subdivisions being given a separate number on
said diagram.
4. A proposed asseasmeni of the total amount of the
coats and expensea of the propoaed improvements up-
on the several subdivisiona of land in eaid die-
trict in proportion to the eatimated benefits to
be received by eaid sub-divisiona. Said assesa-
ment ahall refer to such aub-divisions upon said
diagram by the reapective number thereon, and it
shall ehow the names of the owners, _if known other-
wise designating them as unkre�vun.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'1' �SOLVED by the City Council of
the City oY,Lynwood that said report, unmodified, is hereby

_ approved and adopted as a whole as the report for all subse-
quent proceedings had hereunder.
PASSED and ADOPIED thia 6th day of June, 1944.
