NECTION WI1H LIGHTIIVG DISTRICT N0. 17 -0F

BE IT RE90LVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood ae follows:
SECTION 1 ; Tliat in accordance with that certain
act oP the Legislature of the State of California designated
"An Act to provide for the Maintenance by fl4unicipalitiea of
Lighting Systeme along Public Btreets, alleys and other public
placea for the Lighting thereof by electric current, gas or other
illuminating agent; and for the assessment of coats and expenae
tliereof upon the property benefited and the manner of collection,
said assessments commonly known ae,the "Street Lighting Act of
1919°, approved May 16, 1919, and amendmenta thereto, the City
Council does hereby fix Plednesday, the 5th day of July, 1944,
at the hour oP 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambera of said
City Council in the City Ha11, 11331 Plaza Street, in the City of
Lynwood, as the time and place for hearing any and all proteats
in relation to said proposed improvement. ,
SECTION 2 : That the Cit� Clerk of the City of Lynwood
is hereby directed to give notice of said hearing in the time,
form and manner required by law, and to publish notice of said
hearing in the Lynwood Press, a weekly newspsper published and
circulated in said City.
